Currently Michelle has her own law firm in Miami, Florida which specializes in immigration matters regarding criminal removal, citizenship, asylum, consular processing, employment and family immigration issues. As a representation of the Latina woman, Michelle was part of the Mega TV family in a unique and original show, “Agenda del Inmigrante” together with the journalist Salvador Morales during the summer of 2010, where they informed and entertained the audience with the latest legal information on immigration, and with the latest real-life cases that gave hope and a reason for immigrants to continue their journey.
She raised the name of the Latino community in the morning program of Telemundo, “Un Nuevo Dia” that is broadcasted internationally and in the United States. In this space, she offered advice and presented real cases of undocumented immigrants who seemed to have no solution to their immigration problems. Through the breakdown of her cases and her explanations on how to process benefits before Immigration, Michelle restored hope to the undocumented immigrant community. She also answered questions and concerns to viewers, thus helping the Hispanic community.
Most recently, she has continued to inform and give thorough explanations to complex and current immigration issues as an expert on “A Fondo”, on America TV, which is broadcast internationally and locally in the United States.
In her desire to help those most in need, Michelle offers her legal services ‘pro-bono’, that is, free of charge, for those people who cannot afford their services and meet extreme humanitarian factors.
