Andy Schlafly is a conservative constitutional attorney who has practiced law for more than 30 years. He currently has a lawsuit pending against the Biden Administration and liberal organizations over their partisan censorship of what they mislabel as “disinformation”. He recently argued that case in early April before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He has also won jury trials in state and federal court, and has filed many amicus briefs in cases having heightened significance.
Andy has testified before state legislative committees in New York, New Jersey, Texas, Indiana, and Louisiana. He has a college engineering degree from Princeton and graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review along with Barack Obama. Andy founded Conservapedia, an online conservative encyclopedia, and has been active in politics since an early age.
